Issue no. 1
Curiosity and self-learning are what helped me in my career through thick and thin. I don't come from a CS or IT background, I'm an Electrical Engineer by education, but everything started with making memes using Photoshop. What began as fun with Photoshop gradually turned serious, one thing led to another, and before I knew it, I had landed an internship as a designer and HTML/CSS developer.
Yes, I stumbled many times and had a fear of failure, but giving up was off the table. After work, I dedicated my evenings to growing & sharpening both my technical and personal skills.
Slowly but steadily, I grew more confident and capable of handling everything that professional life threw at me. From frontend to backend development, databases and more. But deep down, my heart was always set on Frontend Development.
Nearly seven years have passed, and I’m still coding with the same love, hunger, and curiosity. What started as a skill to earn a living has now become a true passion. It took time, but it was worth it. As for building solo; well, I’m just getting started.
Big breaking: Domain bought, idea under review
A platform to promote your open-source work and find contributors.
Insider update: Repo created, figuring out execution
Market is demanding, oversaturated and not only humans but robots are your competition too.
In today’s world, having only one skill will leave you in the corner and let me be honest, even in that corner, there’s huge competition. Just surviving won’t work for long, you must stand out in the crowd. Be honest: is monthly credit the only goal, or are you here to be the goal-scoring machine?
Why build solo? Because it will teach you things that most of your competitors don’t know yet. Whether you’re in tech or any other field, you’ll gain exposure from validating an idea to execution to marketing and the reality is, there’s nothing tougher than marketing or landing your first paying customer. But you’ll never gain this experience unless you start today.
Competition with AI? Well, they don’t have the gift we all possess, a functioning brain. In short, critical & innovative thinking will be crucial skills. AI has everything that the internet has, but beyond that, we will need brains but if you're not ready to think beyond your Jira ticket, then nothing can help you.
Supabase is making fullstack development hassle free for frontend developers.
Supabase is currently my go-to backend, and as a frontend developer, it has made building full-stack applications much easier. I’ve worked with traditional backends like Laravel and Node.js, but Supabase stands out because of less backend legwork.
Managing schemas and tables with Supabase is a cakewalk. Creating triggers, database functions, and webhooks is straightforward. While opinions on the performance of edge functions are mixed, I haven’t encountered any issues personally. Setting up Supabase locally is also incredibly easy, thanks to Supabase CLI. Last but not least their realtime is cheat-code if you are looking for realtime features in your app.
They have SDKs available for almost every language or framework, making it easy to integrate with your frontend. If you’re a frontend developer looking to build full-stack applications without getting trapped by backend complexities, I highly recommend giving Supabase a try.
Guys it wasn't me but if you want to avoid such error message in your production app then you can ping me here .
Why not try some cool libraries like ThreeJs or KaplayJs ?.
Enough of creating CRUDs, APIs and other routine stuff, right? Let's talk about something cool
Three.js, Imagine you run a car company and want users to explore your vehicles in 3D experience right on your website. With features like interior & exterior views, color customization, accessory previews or even VR integration, just like showroom.
Three.js can do all that, From product showcases to gamified portfolios and even full-fledged games. Remember math felt like a nightmare in school? Funny how the same geometry & vectors which terrorized us are now powering some of the coolest experiences on the web. Some plot twist huhh?
Kaplay.js — remember those retro gaming consoles with games like Mario, Duck Hunt, Skeet Shooting, etc.? We used to get hooked on those 2D games for hours. Well with Kaplay.js, you can bring back those memories and create your own 2D games right in the browser that too with your favorite JavaScript. It's like having a mini game development studio in your hands.
GPUs are getting faster but that doesn’t mean your brain should slow down.
AI is available that doesn't mean you should stop thinking. You are human with a brain, not a robot, leave that to AI.
You open social media, scroll through posts and see soul-less long AI generated posts with forced emojis. You can still post your own thoughts, you can still write blogs on your own, you can still write code logic on your own and last but not least you can still talk to your crush without taking advice from AI (Believe me people use AI for this too).
I'm not against AI, I use it too but I don't let it take over my thinking process. I write posts, blogs, codes etc on my own then I give it to AI to correct my grammatical mistakes or if it’s a piece of code then I ask if there’s a better way to write it? This way you keep your thinking process plus learn to do better next time. Win-win situation, no?.
Stop using AI? Well that ship is sailed and AI is here to stay but how you use it is upto you only. You wanna use it to improve yourself or you wanna use it to make yourself useless.
That's what sport teaches us, right? it's not over until it's over.
I have been a Real Madrid fan since 2010, and I've witnessed all the highs and lows—well, mostly highs, because it's the best club in the world for a reason.
What stands out for me is the never give up attitude, even if there are only a few seconds left on the clock. It’s not just about the game or having great players; it’s about the values, culture, and commitment that have made Real Madrid the most successful sports team and a sporting brand on the planet.
So yeah, 11 guys in white shirts on the weekend pretty much decide my mood for the next week, LOL.
“From bliss of Bali to blessings of Rishikesh”
I'm a man of culture and ancient epics are my favorite genre.
Itihāsa (iti ha āsa: thus it has been), history of my ancestors, whether it's Mahabharat or Ramayan both hold very special place in my heart. If anyone really wants to learn about these epics then I highly recommend to read them from the authentic sources and not from TV shows or movies because they bend the story to fit their narratives.
Dharm, refers to one's duty on the path of righteousness and Karm refers to cause & effects of our actions, both the epics teach us the same in their own unique way. By the way there's no equivalent word of Dharm & Karm in English as both are deeply rooted Sanskrit concepts.
Mostly sunny with scattered AI hype clouds. Some turbulence expected with news of moonlighting. Skies will remain clear for those with the willingness to work.
Saturn in production, may inflict issues in production while Mars positioning in AI, might put your brain at rest. Jupiter brings opportunities, for those who ready to hustle.
